Ramon has over 30 years of marketing experience. He spent 11 years working in Marketing for Kraft Foods, being responsible for different brands within the categories of coffee and processed cheese. He was the Marketing Director at McDonald´s for 3 years and then starting a long career at IKEA (more than 17 years) playing several roles from Store Manager to internal consultant, Customer manager, Intelligence and currently working to implement some of the changes the company is doing to really transform (Expansion projects).


Ramon is from Madrid, where he lives with his wife and 3 children. He is social, curious, and impatient, loves history, movies, social dinners, family events and of course football and tennis, for which he speaks on the radio.
